Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah Prioritizes Work Over Media Spotlight

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has emphasized his focus on work rather than media appearances. During a session of the Sindh Assembly, Shah expressed his preference for concentrating on his responsibilities rather than engaging with media coverage, stating, “If I got involved in media news, how would I be able to do my work?”
Shah reiterated his accountability to the public and the assembly, highlighting his dedication to the development and administration of Sindh. He shared that 4,407 tons of soil have been placed at the Sukkur Barrage, and the work on the barrage gate was completed within 72 hours, reflecting the government’s efficiency in handling infrastructure projects.
In addition, Shah mentioned that the Irrigation Minister, Jam Khan Shoro, would be attending an ECNEC meeting in Islamabad to discuss further developmental plans. Following the meeting, Shoro is expected to return to Sukkur to continue overseeing irrigation projects.
The Chief Minister also assured that water supply has commenced in the Rohri Canal and other canals, with measures in place to mitigate potential flooding risks due to the ongoing rains. These efforts demonstrate the provincial government’s proactive approach to managing irrigation and flood control in Sindh.
