Prime Minister of Pakistan has expressed a desire to benefit from China’s development model.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, in a meeting with the Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, stated that Pakistan wants to benefit from China’s development model.
Chairman of China International Development Cooperation Agency Lu Xiaohui met Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. They discussed sustainable friendship, common development, strategic trust, and promoting mutual cooperation. China’s friendship has now reached beyond borders into space. The Chairman praised CIDCA’s performance as ambassador to Pakistan. The security of Chinese residents living in Pakistan is the top priority of the Government of Pakistan.
The Prime Minister emphasized the need to increase cooperation with China in agriculture, information technology, the blue economy, communication, minerals and mining, and other sectors. Pakistan wants to benefit from China’s development model.
He mentioned that the Chinese are willing to invest in the ML upgradation project, and CIDCA expressed interest in investing in special economic zones and the health sector in Pakistan.
