PM Shehbaz Sharif to undertake official visit to China on June 4

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif will embark on an official visit to China from June 4th. According to a spokesperson for the Foreign Office, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif will meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping. He will also visit economic and agricultural zones.
The spokesperson stated that the Prime Minister will address the Pakistan-China Business Forum and will also meet with Chinese companies and the corporate sector during the visit.
According to the spokesperson of the Foreign Office, Pakistan and Azerbaijan have strong and longstanding relations. The visit of the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan to Pakistan was very important.
He said that the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan held a meeting with Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and also had an important meeting with the Prime Minister. Both countries discussed expanding educational and cultural sectors.
He mentioned that Pakistan and Saint Lucia established formal diplomatic relations on May 29th. Pakistan has strengthened diplomatic relations with various countries over the past three years.
The spokesperson of the Foreign Office stated that serious human rights violations are taking place in occupied Kashmir.
