Ali Amin Gandapur’s interim bail has been extended until July 5, 2024.

The District Court in Rawalpindi has extended the interim bail of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur until July 5 in connection with a case of motorway rioting and interference with government operations.
The hearing was overseen by Additional District and Sessions Judge Raja Faisal Rashid. Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur did not attend the court session; instead, he was represented by his lawyer, Advocate Muhammad Faisal Malik. During the proceedings, his lawyer submitted a request for exemption from Gandapur’s court appearance, which the judge approved. As a result, the court extended Ali Amin Gandapur’s interim bail until July 5. This case, involving allegations of rioting at the motorway toll plaza, is registered with the Naseerabad police station.
