Severe heat wave continues in most cities of the country

The Meteorological Department has reported scorching temperatures in various parts of Pakistan. Dadu and Mohenjo-Daro have experienced soaring temperatures, with the mercury hitting 51 degrees Celsius. Similarly, in Nawabshah, Sibi, and Sukkur, temperatures have peaked at 50 degrees Celsius.
In various cities across Pakistan, the Meteorological Department has reported staggering temperatures, indicating intense heatwaves gripping the region. Bahawalpur has sweltered at 49 degrees Celsius, while D.G. Khan, Multan, and D.I. Khan are not far behind at 48 degrees Celsius.
Further adding to the heatwave, Turbat, Sargodha, Sahiwal, and Faisalabad have experienced temperatures soaring to 47 degrees Celsius. Hyderabad and Jhelum are also feeling the heat at 46 degrees Celsius.
In Bannu and Mithi, the mercury has climbed to 45 degrees Celsius, with Chakwal trailing slightly behind at 44 degrees Celsius. These soaring temperatures underscore the need for residents to take precautions and stay hydrated during this intense heatwave.
