Canon Makes a Bold Move with First Official Store in Pakistan
Exciting news for photography enthusiasts in Pakistan! Canon has made its grand entry into the Pakistani market by opening its first official retail store. The newly launched Canon Image Square is located on Zamzama Street in Karachi.
This spacious store spans 1,450 sq. ft. and follows a franchise model, housing the complete range of Canon photography products. It aims to enhance the company’s image and ensure utmost customer satisfaction through its offerings and services.
Karachi is just the beginning. Canon plans to open five stores across Pakistan by the end of 2017 and aims to have over 100 stores by 2020. Among the initial batch, three stores will be in Karachi, while Islamabad and Lahore will each have one. These stores will range from 800 to 1,300 sq. ft.
Ms. Noriko Gunji, President of Canon Singapore, highlighted that this initiative is part of a larger strategy to better cater to user needs. She emphasized that the Canon Image Square concept, with its extensive range of consumer products including cameras, camcorders, D-SLRs, lenses, and accessories, aims to provide an exceptional experience to customers.
